# Reference Archive — Continue

## Regenerate all reference articles + availability report

1. Update or create article Markdown in `output/references/articles/{key}.md`
2. Refresh `REFERENCE-AVAILABILITY-REPORT.md` and `REFERENCE-MANIFEST.yaml`
3. Rebuild PDF and LaTeX siblings for each changed article
4. Update `output/references/index.html` if the article list changed

## Recover hard-to-capture references only

Re-capture content for keys listed in the Fallback Recovery Methods table (below), document Capture Provenance in each article, and rebuild that article's PDF.

## Web index

`output/references/index.html` — upload landing page (relative links for webserver)

## Web bundle

`output/AICSR-RESEARCH-WEB-BUNDLE.zip` — full research archive linked from the bottom of `index.html`; also copy to site root on deploy

## PDF index

`output/references/REFERENCE-AVAILABILITY-REPORT.pdf`

## Articles

`output/references/articles/` — one MD/TEX/PDF per footnote key (38 articles)
